AC/DC 'Rock Or Bust' Concert Tickets Averaging Over $250 On Secondary Market

The most expensive show of the 13-date run is Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on September 20, with an average secondary price of $573.37 — 124.1% more than the tour average. The Vancouver show on September 22 is averaging $561.23. Meanwhile, Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts on August 22 is the cheapest show on the tour, with an average price of $205.87, 19.5% below the tour average. The September 25 concert at AT&T Park in San Francisco has an average price of $218.71 on the secondary market.

AC/DC's "Black Ice" world tour, which included 168 shows over two years, grossed more than $441 million and was the fourth highest-grossing tour of all time.
The group, which begins its "Rock Or Bust" world tour on April 10 and April 17 at the Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival, has confirmed that former drummer Chris Slade, who was with the band from 1989 until 1994, will play on the trek in place of Phil Rudd, who is facing legal issues in New Zealand.
AC/DC's 16th studio album, "Rock Or Bust", sold around 172,000 copies in its first week of release to debut at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 album chart. This marked a huge drop from the opening number of 2008's "Black Ice", which topped sales charts in 29 countries, including the U.S. for the first time ever.
"Rock Or Bust" was released on December 2, 2014 and is AC/DC's first album without guitarist Malcolm Young, who is suffering from dementia. He has been replaced by nephew Stevie Young.'
Rudd was arrested last November at his home in Tauranga, New Zealand on charges of "threatening to kill" and drug possession. A scheduled February 10 court appearance to address the charges has been delayed until April due to Rudd's attorney quitting the case.
